When: October 6th, 2010 @11:00am

Where: Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel • Toronto, Ontario

Where does this passionate engagement come from, and why do some organizations have it while most do not? How can passion be created and nurtured in employees, and how can passionate engagement be sustained over time?
