One response to “Making the World Go Round: What You Must Know About Success and How Business Really Works”

where have you been all my life? lol i wish i could have read and understood this article 10 years ago when i was 17 about to make some of the biggest decisions in my life. I am 27 and i am in school for business administration. Nothing in the class could teach me like your last two paragraphs did. I do not like to read. I like to write (i don’t know why). I found my self bumping into one of your articles today about 10a.m. It is almost two o’clock in the afternoon and I have been reading your stories and articles the whole time. You have inspired me to be somebody smart. Strangely, my last weeks assignment in my intro to management was basically about networking and they told a lame story about a person getting a job. The story did not move me! I am trying to find out what i want to do for the rest of my life currently. I have accomplished a lot of things most 27 year-olds have not. I started my management career at the age of 21. I have been an assistant manager for three different companies and my most recent job has been a store manager for a gas station. I do not have a degree. I do not have a lot of credentials but I know how to manage people and businesses fairly well. I am also good at meeting people. Coming from a family of five kids I would say that I am one of the brightest. I love to learn. I wish I could shadow you for a month or so or just be able to share ideas and questions with you via email. I know you have a lot going on but if you could reach out to this young man I am sure one day I will be able to reach someone just like me.
